We invite you to join us for a presentation by local actor and leadership coach, Andrew McMasters, who will be speaking about his new book, Listening Without Agenda: Practical Steps for Effective Listening. Andrew McMasters is a seasoned executive coach, actor, director, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the performing arts and organizational development. With a career spanning nonprofit leadership and corporate consulting, Andrew specializes in helping leaders and teams communicate with clarity, engage with authenticity, and collaborate more effectively. As the founder and Artistic Director of Jet City Improv, Andrew led a nonprofit theater company for over two decades. Andrew also contributes to civic life through his role as a city Arts Commissioner and board member for multiple nonprofits. He has taught at the University of Washington Foster School of Business, JHU Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation, Harvard University, and the University of Northern Colorado.
