Quynh Pham is the executive director of Friends of Little Sài Gòn (FLS). Located in the International District of Seattle, Little Saigon is a thriving neighborhood of Vietnamese and Southeast Asian small businesses, with a rich history and culture, shopping, services, housing, work, leisure, food, health, and education. Quynh will talk about how FLS has been at the forefront of community health and small business support throughout the pandemic. FLS continues to break ground (literally) in community development, for example, getting Little Saigon its first park. Its mission is to preserve and enhance Little Saigon’s cultural, economic, and historical vitality, by making Little Saigon the hub of the Vietnamese-American community where all families and businesses are thriving.
