Darrell Kirk is going to update us about his experiences at Kilimanjaro on Zoom

Would you like to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, the world’s highest free-standing mountain? Have you dreamed of going on Safari during the Migration? Would you like to learn how Rotary in Tanzania is saving hundreds of thousands of lives each year though their efforts to eliminate Malaria? If so, then please join us tomorrow at the Rotary Club of Ballard’s weekly meeting via Zoom at 11:45AM!
Darrell Kirk recently climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in September of 2023
and will take you on a trip up to the “Roof of Africa” — Mt. Kilimanjaro. You can do this, and Darrell will answer your questions on what it takes to make it to the top. Tanzania is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and there are limitless opportunities for all ages and abilities.
And, while you are there, be sure to visit the Rotary Club of Moshi which has helped eliminate Malaria in the area.I hope you will join Darrell and some of his guides and climbing partners will be on the zoom meeting.
